Are you sure , It doesn't make sense to me , if the results announced after 6th of July means , How we will reapply for July allocation . If they are delaying then defn HO will have announcement in their website for the delay. So we have to wait patiently that's the only thing we can do at this point of time.optimist08 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 1:42 pmI had also discussed it in brief with the HR, who said that it is also possible this time that all decisions will be given after 6th july. Even for the june slot. Then she told me to contact the immigration firm directly and seek more clarity, if I want.
I doubt it also - it would be quite a huge news if that is the case - remember this would also be hugely disruptive to employers should prospective employees might decide to abandon the queuekrithi1984 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 2:00 pmAre you sure , It doesn't make sense to me , if the results announced after 6th of July means , How we will reapply for July allocation . That can't be true. Employers like mine have certain projects in place, for which they need people to start at a certain time. If all the June applications are moved to July, it will have an impact on the start date of so many applicants.optimist08 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 1:42 pmI had also discussed it in brief with the HR, who said that it is also possible this time that all decisions will be given after 6th july. Unfortunately it can't. The moment they finalise the cut off after verifying documents in descending order of points, all unqualified candidates will receive refusal. For now any application with less than will probably show under review
Congrats anyway!!Waseem432000 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 2:58 pmJust received news from my employer. My COS is approved but I was on Skill Shortage list(2136). Good luck to rest of applicants.

He was a doctor. NHS staffthevocalmonk wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 2:49 pmA 43-pointer has already got a refusal due to points (see previous posts in this thread). Based on that, I don't think the cut can be < 43.
Congrats!!! isn't it SOC 2136 is non-SOL. I am waiting for results with 55 points (SOC Code 2136 ).Waseem432000 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 2:58 pmJust received news from my employer. My COS is approved but I was on Skill Shortage list(2136). Good luck to rest of applicants.
Not all jobs under 2136 are non shortage. Read the post a few above " by sudhanaga » Tue Jun 19, 2018 3:04 pm" here to see what is considered shortage occupation under 2136.shushma10 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 3:14 pmCongrats!!! isn't it SOC 2136 is non-SOL. Hello everyone. I have been following this forum closely.. I am a doctor with NHS and my gross payscale is above 60k but unfortunately half of it is shown as banding(43+21).. I am assuming for this reason i ve been rejected cos consecutively since Jan despite banding being a guaranteed income.. Its rejected again this month and I am assuming its cos my HR has shown it as 43+21k again despite my best efforts... So my points will be around 43.. if not it should ve been accepted... So people around 40s should prepare for next month i suppose... I think me being a doctor my cos will be sorted out next month... Best wishes to all
it clearly says rejected, when did he confirm on refused?Did you miss this post???
Hello again guys my HR told me I dont have to reapply before 5th July and it will be considered on 12th July.. So I am assuming all NHS doctors and nurses r being diverted to that date as a seperate entry portal... So non NHS candidates can still expect some good news this month... My refusal might not be points based.. Best wishes everyoneAkrao wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 10:03 amHello everyone. I have been following this forum closely.. The new rules are applicable on any decision taken after 6th july. Since the decision for all RCOS applications made till 5th july will be taken on 11th july, the new rules will be applicable.sha560 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 3:47 pmhi All,
I have confusion on next month(july) RCos allocation. As we are making application on or Before 5th July and new rules are implementing from 6th July. Will home office consider as application date rules are applicable or Decision date rules.
Previously i have seen some of changes having impact based on application date.
EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN SAYING SINCE YESTERDAY. DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE BEING TAKEN OUT OF THE RCOS WINDOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS CONFIRMATIONNN!Akrao wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 4:00 pmHello again guys my HR told me I dont have to reapply before 5th July and it will be considered on 12th July..
