Still waiting on 55 points. HR have reached out to the lawyers three times but not yet heard back. Maybe something is up this month but am getting a bit worried!

Something is off about this month. There were used to be minimum of 9 pages of thread related to this topic but there are very few people who actually shared positive results. Are there still days left for the allocation of RCoS?

It should be new hires as you are not 'switching' but applying for entry clearance as tier 2 general for the first time from home country.

I'm finally approved on 55 points, September round, non-everything. Found out today, 25 September.
Onward and upward.

Still waiting on 31 points. Frustrating as school year has already started. My employer keeps on ringing home office but is shut down each time and being told to await confirmation.

Sure! Hope we get an answer soon, keep me informed of your situation as well! It is 28 days but Since there have many applications, they didn’t have enough to get them all in 28, or that’s what I want to think
... at this point, I think the best will be to wait for October... it shouldn’t pass October allocation
I hope we get our RCoS in this or next month. I agree with your explanation otherwise it doesn't make sense why they haven't replied so long.
Hi UKaspired, do you have any update from your employer / recruiting agency? Thanks!

I am still waiting for a response from my employer. 20th July was the last time when they informed me that they applied for RCoS. Did you receive any info from your employer?

Hi everyone, results have been published. Good luck everyone for the next month!
The September allocation meeting took place on 11 September. All valid applications received by 5 September were successful if they scored at least 21 points.
