PSW to Skilled worker visa

I am currently in uk and i have made a health and care worker visa application on 6th of August 2024 and i made some error and i have withdraw my visa application on 7th of August. I have just received a email that your withdrawal request has been sent . If treated withdrawal you will get refund. Again , on 9th of August i have made new application with the help of solicitor. Within same day i have received a email from home office saying:
We usually made decision within 15 working days but in your case it will take longer as your application raises exceptionally complex issue . On 14th of August i have again received a email application from home office saying your previous application now you have made new work LTR visa application , your previous visa application has been void and varied to your new application. And refund will be made for previous one. Now my Question is I have applied for priority visa , Why its saying 15 days instead of 5 days. Also they have mentioned in email that they have requested additional information but i have contacted my employer and my solicitor they havenot received any email from home office and they have not been contacted yet for any enquiry? Its such a frustrating moment.Is there anyone who can help me please?

For an application where additional information or document is requested this can not be taken as priority application again.
The solicitor to follow up on what information they require or as you appears to be getting email reply to Home office stating request for additional information not received.

The document part was just mention as a automated mail. They havenot asked for any documents or evidence .
But i have uploaded my degree certificate as an evidence while submitting an application
