ILR for student dependent visa switched to a skilled dependent visa

Hi, currently I have switched my visa from a student visa to a skilled worker visa on 30th August 2024. I have my wife and daughter living with me in the UK as student dependents since Jan 2022. They have their student-dependent VISA valid till April 2026.

Now I have switched to a Skilled worker VISA. I have below queries:

1. Do my wife and daughter have to switch to Skilled worker dependent VISAs along with me?

2. If they continue to stay on their current student-dependent VISA (till April of 2026), and switch only before its expiry, will their stay still be counted for the 5-year ILR requirement?

3. Now that I have switched my visa, can I ask for a refund for the IHS amount paid during my student visa application (i.e., the period from 30th August 2024 to April 2026)? and how can I ask for a refund?
