Additional documents requested by home office

I have applied for dependent visa for my kids from inside UK last month and I am under skilled worker visa. Two weeks ago home office asked to submit additional document to process the visa which is bank statement. They gave me a link to upload the document “ You will need the identity document you used to start your application to log in.
Log in to your application and upload your evidence at https://apply-to-visit-or-stay-in-the-u ... /dashboard.”
When I long in to this link I cannot see my kids application or an option to submit the documents.
I wonder if there any option that I could summit the documents to home office?
