Hello. I am writing on behalf of a Thai citizen, 27, female, good conversation English.

Are Thai citizens eligible for the seasonal temp work visa in the UK for horticultural work?

If so, is it reasonable to find a sponsor and work placement herself, or is it almost always better to use an agency?

If not, are there any temporary visas available to Thai citizens that allow work/Study?

She intends to come here and work full time and study part time on some English qual. ESOL or similar.

There are/have been stories about people using agencies and being charged hefty fees locally.

I have read that thoroughly, cannot find any list of eligible countries or nationalities.
