SUPER PRIORITY FOR TIER 5 YMV???

I'm planning on applying for the Tier 5 youth mobility visa for the UK and I'm unsure whether or not the super-priority option is available for this visa? on the vfs global website under which visas it applies to it says: 'Points Based System Tier 5 customers or Temporary Workers (Creative and Sporting), if currently in the country of application for a similar purpose to the activity proposed to be undertaken in the UK'

Does the Tier 5 youth mobility visa count under points based system Tier 5 customers?

Does anyone have any experience with super priority (not basic priority) for the Tier 5 visa?

Tier 5 IS a PBS category visa.
