Course ended early, do i need to apply for visa now

Hello everyone. I have just passed my course earlier this month. I am planning to get admission into a course. I have got visa until december this year, so i panned to get admitted later of this year. But i checked UKBA and found -

"If your course ends earlier than expected (because, for example, your education provider has cancelled your place on the course, or you have finished the course early), we will limit your permission to stay to 60 days. But we will not limit your permission to stay if it will expire in less than 60 days anyway."

Can anyone tell me please, does it mean i have to get admitted and apply for leave to remain for new course within the 60 days from the completion date of my last course. Thanks.
