Tier 4 sponsor license revoked 6 months back

Hello All

One of my friend is on Tier 4 student visa and he is stuck into big problem at the moment. He came on student visa and had been attending college but unfortunately because of health problems he was not able to attend the college since last 6 months. now he has come to know that the college license has been revoked through his friends as he was not able to attend the college.

He is very worried as what can be done in his situation. He had paid full tuition fees to the college & the college people are not refunding any money. He spoke to another college and they are saying saying that since his previous tier 4 sponsor college closed 6months back and if he doesnt get the visa they wont be responsible for that

He met an Immigration consultant and he had advised that if he shows full maintenance in his account with new CAS letter then it should be OK

Please advise what option would be better in this case

I think he cannot do anything now. There are alot of requirements to fulfil to get another visa. He just gonna spend alot of money on consultants, solicotors and colleges but all of them can hardly get him visa.

Something doesn't sound right here, so he was off sick for 6 months...did he get approved absence from his college? Otherwise Under UKBA rules, the college should have reported him for non-attendance and his tier 4 visa should have been curtailed to 60 days.

Unfortunately he has little chance of switching course as his new visa application would be rejected on the grounds that he did not comply with tier 4 requirements of satisfactory attendance before.
