Visa refused appeal failed no notice from home office

Post by Mcspuky » Tue Jun 25, 2013 1:51 pm

Please I need advice on my case.
I came in as student in 2009. My visa was to expire in 2011. I applied for extension before if expired and it was refused. I appealed and it failed as well. The home office has not gotten back to me with any notice of removal and did not return my document. My parents and siblings are British but am not. I have a girlfriend who is not British but has a valid visa.
Do I have any possible options of getting back on track? Kindly help with your experience and advice.
Thanks.
