Can I switch to Tier 4? Please help

Post by mrjay » Mon May 12, 2014 11:37 pm

Hello everyone
I am in a very difficult situation right now. I came to UK in september 2005 and completed my bba 3 years and MBA finance 1 year from university. I then spent 2 years on PSW and after that i applied for entrepreneur visa in feb 2012. My visa got refused in march 2013 and i went for appeal in short i reapplied for entrepreneur visa for the second time in January 2014. I had given my interview last month and i am waiting for my outcome. I don't know how long i will have to wait and i dont know if i will ever gonna get this visa. I am fed up with this all.
My question is can I switch to tier 4 student?
if so can i get admission in ACCA?
Please Help
Thanks

When did your visa expire?

well i don't think anyone here can speak for the admissions policies or requirements for every institution offering ACCA, so I don't think you will get your answer here. :?

I don't know if you can apply. Its been over 28 days since your appeal was terminated. You might fall for automatic refusal.

I reapplied within the 28 days period and my 2nd application is in the progress at the moment.

The problem you will have is that if this application is refused you will have been overstaying since you became appeal rights exhausted. Making an application within 28 days of overstaying doesn't stop the overstay. Therefore any tier 4 application is likely to be refused because you will be applying having overstayed for more than 28 days and any course you apply for will be starting more than 28 says after your previous leave expired.

My question is can I switch to tier 4 student?
If your 2nd application for Tier 1 Ent is still pending then yes you can apply for Tier 4 Student
You have to VARY your application .

if so can i get admission in ACCA?
I dont think you will be admitted in ACCA coz you have spent enough time on degree level courses and another 3 yrs ACCA, not possible

As you are here since Sep 2005, you need need 16 months to complete 10yrs long residency.
I would suggest you to go for below degree level course but in different field of study like computing.
