Marriage certificate attestation for Tire-4 dependent visa

Hello

I got married in PAKISTAN. Apparently the union council in connection with NDRA issues marriage registration certificate signed by secretary union council. It is a computerized certificate having digital code. Now, I'm wondering if it requires any additional attestation to get accepted by visa office or it will work as such.
I know that for translation of NIKAH NAMA a certification is necessary.

Your feedback would really help me.
