Can a child apply tier 4 (child) visa and stay with parent who is on tier 4 (general) visa?

I recommend you get advice from your own Tier 4 sponsor about whether they can come as your Tier 4 dependant. If they cannot, speak to the private fee-paying school where they intend to study for advice about a Tier 4 Child application.
