You can do either - go with whichever options suits your plans more. I shall warn you that applications made outside the UK are subject to massive delays atm.maryamkhan123 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 6:53 pmhello,
can i apply for visa from uk if I have done foundation here or do I need to go back to my country to apply for new visa.
replies will be appreciated
It's not about what course you have done. It depends on what type of Tier 4 sponsor you have right now, whether your Tier 4 visa is still valid, and whether the new course is academic progress on the previous course. Your new Tier 4 sponsor can advise on all this.maryamkhan123 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 6:53 pmcan i apply for visa from uk if I have done foundation here or do I need to go back to my country to apply for new visa.
See the link I posted previously. That's what it is about: who can apply in the UK.maryamkhan123 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 23, 2017 1:36 pmI have heard students of such institutions can't apply for extension. Plus will a visa officer just reject visa on such basis.
It would be a lie, so yes.hamadsafi61 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2017 5:22 pmI have refused USA Student F-1 Visa and now applying for UK tier 4, if i say no in my application( refused visa by any country) section will it effect my outcome?
