urgent tier 4 help

Post by KAJI » Tue Nov 21, 2017 10:37 pm

Hi
I had applied for tier 4 visa inside UK on 31st october 2017 for my phd study. tuition fee was paid full.My university is in outside London. I had shown my UK bank account and my mother's bank account [total £11,000] from back Home with birth certificate and consent letter.

On 2nd November 2017, my wife and child had applied for tier 4 dependant visa extension inside UK before their visa expiry date to be my dependant with my wife's UK bank statement [12450].

Now, my question is will the home office treats our application jointly or independently as the applications had been made in different dates.so,

1. Did I make any mistake in making application in different dates? [please note; all applications were made before visa expiry]
2. Is the maintenance fee enough for all of us?

Please reply me asap.
Thanks

Possibly. I advise you ask the international student adviser at your university to liaise with the Home Office.

Is is a bit late to be asking this, after you have already applied!

FWIW the figures are standard for all applicants outside London. For what you need(ed), see

For your dependants, see:

I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
