Tier 4 withdraw of sponsorship

Post by Reetic » Fri Aug 03, 2018 9:56 am

I am currently studying at level 7 a master level course and have arrived in Sep 2017. The course was going smoothly. But last month I fell ill . I am asthmatic hence did not attend my university. Also my bad that did not inform the uni about the same. I have received an email from students visa that they will withdraw me from the course in due time.
Also I have submitted the letter from GP stating that my astama has flared up since two months. But they are not ready to accept and telling that I told the doctor that the astama is getting worse which does not help my case.
I wanted to know if this happens
What is next ? Will they not allow me to complete my course . My visa is up to Sep 2019
Can I apply in mean time some other university..
Please since I am new I have no idea about anything whatsoever.
Thanks you

That's a question for the sponsor, but if you have their final decision then your Tier 4 visa will be curtailed to 60 days.

Yes, but if you are sponsored for a new course, the new Tier 4 application will need to be made in your home country, not in the UK.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
