Student Dependent Visa time limit

If tier 4 student Visa is less than 6 month & someone is go to home country and get married. So my question is ,can he/ she bring his/ her dependent to the UK? Is there any time limit to applying for dependent Visa like Visa validity for 6 month .

So if I go to my hometown and get married could I apply for my husband Visa?

What specific part of the eligibility for a Student dependant visa are you concerned about him meeting?
