REGARDING BANK STATEMENT - CURRENCY TRANSFER RATE

Hi all,

Am planning to apply next month for the visa. As i went through the website www.oanda.com for the currency convertion rates to mention in the bank statement before the submission , I could find a lot of parameters.

such as interbank rate 0%, interbank rate +1 % , +2 % , +3% .... upto +10 % ,

And also Typical credit card rate +2%, Typical cash rate +4%

So eachone gives different exchange rates .

Can anyone clear my doubt of which parameter should i consider to calculate the exchange rate.
