I got rejected for tier1 general visa last year feb month

will this impacts my tier4 student dependent visa which i am going to apply next month 2011 jan. please reply urgently

refusal reason:

contradictory information got revealed during the checks conducted by office.
my visa got rejected under 245(c) section.
