Dear All,

My friend refused visa on 10th Feb and requested Amin Review. His request accepted and today he received this email. He asked to submit his passport to collect the visa but there is something obscure in the email. He asked to submit this:

For students - an up to date acceptance letter of the same course/CAS reference for the same course. (Please note: if the start date of your course is more than 3 months away, please wait until 3 months before the start of your course to submit your passport and acceptance letter. Please do not submit your passport if there is less than one month to the start of your course.) If you have been accepted to study externally for a degree at a private education institution, you must also be registered as an external student with the UK degree awarding body and provide evidence of your registration.

His course was due to start on 28th Feb (today) but it is impossible due to refusal and time delay to issue the visa. Then, according to the email, he should ask the school to update the CAS with new start date and this new start date should not be less than one month from today?
