Victoria College Nottingham (VCN) has been suspended from the Register of eligible sponsors from mid-April. I had a my visa application pending while the college was taken off, and Home Office wrote to me asking if I wanted to withdraw my case, to which I replied, no because the college has confirmed everything will be sorted....
The dates on my CAS are:
Course start 05/05/2011
Last date of acceptance: 23/05/2011
As the 23rd is fast approaching, and the college still hasnt come on the Register, this is worrying me great deal!... Will the UKBA reject my case because the Last date of acceptance has gone past?
Please help.
