Dependents accompany me

Dear All,
I am applying for visa of Tier4 general principal applicant and my spouse and son samultanuslly.
I have govt. sponsorship for myself. But i will show the personal funds more than 400+400=800*9= GBP7200 for maintainace fund of dependents.
my uni is Highly trusted sponsor
Course length is 12 months MSc
Sponsor ship is for MSc leading to PhD for 4 years

Now confussion is that one of my friend told me when we apply samultaneously the visa officer need some proof that we will not settle in UK. for me i have bond with govt. but that is not applicable on dependents
advice me about my case, is it strong or have flas???????
