My PSW is expires 3rd july i want switch to Tire 4 student do i need an english test?

You are on PSW, means you did have A bachelors or masters degree, that is enough, y english test!

Also if you are switching, make sure there is not more than 1 month gap between your visa expiry and course start date

Thank u very much. My psw PG certificate in HR management the awarding body from college. Still do i need English Test ?

only if the PG certificate is deemed to be at least equivalent to a bachelors degree or if you meet any of the other requirements set out in the tier 4 policy guidance will you be exempt from taking an English language test.
