received acknowledgement letter on 23rd october 2012 and up to this day im still waiting on a biometric enrolment letter... :(

Hello there,

You should receive your Biometric Enrollment letter on average within 3 - 4 weeks. If you have not receive your acknowledgement letter then you have something to worry about!

It is not easy but if you wish to chase up the UK Border Agency with regards to your Biometric Enrollment letter please use our services at VisaChaseUp.com. Try calling UKBA on 0870 606 7766 - *calls cost extra charges and UKBA wait time is longer.
