I got curtailed last year in Coventry uni , can I re enter uk taking admission in different university

What was the problem , was it financial problem like was there any mistake in keeping money account
Or not doing good at interview
Both and non genuine student issues and no academic progression.
What is the problem so that I can prepare my self
