Sponsor for uk student visa

Post by snripesh » Thu May 30, 2024 7:34 am

Can a UK private limited company sponsor living cost and tuition fees for a student visa? What are the funds I have to show for a uk student visa?

It depends.

If they are an "international company", they can be an official financial sponsor as in Appendix Finance paragraph FIN 8.3(b) and provide the evidence specified in Appendix Finance FIN 9.1(b).

If they are not an international company, they can still pay for your fees and living costs, but they will need to give you the money upfront so you can show evidence of it in your own name for the required 28 days.

I recommend double-checking this with the university sponsoring your visa.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
