British Citizenship for family....kindly suggest

Can you please suggest when we can apply for British Citizenship?
I came to UK on HSMP during april/2007 and my wife joined me during oct/2007 on HSMP dependent visa. We have daughter who born in India during sept/2008 and came to UK on july/2009. We all got ILR in april/2012.
Can we all apply British Citizenship together after april/2013? (or) first I have to apply for BC since I completed 5 years in UK then my wife and kid can apply under 3 years rule?

Kindly suggest how to approach further

April 2013 for all family assuming you meet the standard requirements.
