Referee Question

One of my friend is Director of a limited company (VAT registered) throgh which he is doing contracting for couple of years. He is on Tier 1 visa. Can he be my referee ?

Yes, I think he can. As your professional reference, his nationality and status do not matter much. The second one needs to be British, though.
