British Citizenship for myself, wife and kids

Post by cybekpmc » Mon Dec 10, 2012 1:53 pm

Hi,

I have a query regarding which forms to fill in to acquire British Citizenship. Myself, my wife and two minor kids (born in India, aged 5 and 3) all have ILR and Indian Passports

1) Do I need to fill seperate AN forms for myself and my wife?
2) Do I need to fill MN1 form for my minor kids(born in India) or AN?
3) My daughter's Indian passport is expiring on 18/12/2012. Can I apply the BC for her after the indian passport has expired or Do I need to renew the passport first?

Many Thanks
VB

1. Yes, you need to complete separate forms for yourself and your wife.
2) Separate MN1 form for the kids
3) I think you can apply for naturalisation even if your daughter's Indian passport has expired.
