Hi Guys,

First of all I would like to say THANKS to this site. This forum played a major role during the whole long process of our ILR application. Here I am again asking for some guidance from all the Experts.

We have applied for our ILR (via Premium) back in Jan 2012 and our application was delayed for 9 months because of some further docs needed. ILR granted on the 29th of October 2012. Do we need to wait after the 29th of October 2013 for our BC application or can we apply already?
