BC for wife

Post by nehalbhagat » Thu May 30, 2013 8:00 pm

Hello friends,

Today I received letter from UKBA with my naturalisation approval. Now when my wife can apply for naturalisation ? She is in UK since last 4 years.

Whether she can apply once I obtain British passport or after oath ?
Kindly advise.

Thanks

Does your wife have ILR? If she does, she can apply after you have taken the oath at the ceremony and you receive your certificate, provided she meets all the standard requirements.

You do the oath and then you are presented with your certificate on the same day.
