BRITISH CITIZENSHIP ON BASIS OF BEREAVED PARTNER

Post by PCM2013 » Wed Jun 19, 2013 4:28 am

Hi,

My question is what is residual requirement for the person who gets ILR
on basis of bereaved partner and want to apply for British Citizenship. I read that you have to be in Britain for at least 5 years. So anyone confirm this to me please.

Kind regards.

Yes 5 years, and last 1 year of these 5 years applicant should have held ILR.
