MN1 Referee query-Medical secretary

Hi,

Can Orthopaedic Medical Secretary considered as Professional referee for MN1?

sonub4ualt,

If the person has dealt with the child in a professional capacity it is fine. The second referee can then be anyone over 25 and holding a British passport.
