help needed

when i filled my application i mentioned my divorce and my ex wife, i filled my BC application then i went back home abroad, i got married couple days after that, my wife sent our marriage cartficate and she got document back now 3 days ago, shall send an email to HO and let them know that im married an my wife her document back !!
