Guru and seniors please help,5 years RC but firstyear no bil

Post by orangepillow » Wed Feb 12, 2014 10:18 pm

Dear Guru's
Can you please help about my questions?
So, as I wrote previously
My eu husband got approval and he will be BC hopefully before our 5th year marriage,
Now;
When I got married April 09 till December 09 no any employment or council tax or any bill from me,
All bills was paid by landlord. I became self employe 09 December, do I have any chance to apply Naturalisation?
Since registered hRM till now working.
Do I need 3 years or 5 years residence? How to proof?
Thanks

If you are applying on basis of marriage to BC you need to have been married and resident for the past 3 years.
I am sometimes wrong.
