Bill not paid, effect naturalization?

I applied through NCS, but one of my mobile bills i didnt pay, a year ago, and now i moved to new address. Will this non payment of contract will effect and making issue is the Naturalization? Any criminal offence issue? Thanks, waiting for ur expert opinion.

Debt (unless perhaps reckless with no intention to pay) is not usually a reason for refusal. As long as you don't have a CCJ and are making payments, you will be fine.
