Query On Naturalisation

Hi There,
I'm applying for naturalisation next year (Feb2015 ). I have few queries listed down.

1.I came to UK on 26-Feb-2009 and got my ILR approved on 21-Jan -2014. My wife came to UK on 22-Aug -2009 and she got the ILR approved on 21-Jan-2014. Will my wife be eligible to apply for naturalisation next year wit me ? She came as a Tier 1 dependant .
if yes ,do i have to fill in 2 different applications or can i include her name in the same application as mine ?

2.We have a baby who was born in 2012 when we were still on tier1 visa .Can i apply for his citizenship now as we both have ILR ?

Could somebody please help me on this ?
