Time required for naturalisation for me and my dependant

Hi everyone
I got my ILR 10 months ago (June 28, 2013) and on coming July the length of stay of my wife living with me will complete 2 years ( Her visa issued before July 9, 2012. So she is not under new rules). But in this two years one year was as a PSW dependent and another one year was as dependant under FLR(M) category. Could therefore anyone help me to find out the answer for the following issues please:

1. When exactly I can apply for my own naturalisation?

2. When can my wife apply for her ILR. However, I have already written about this issue and one gure gave me the solution that she can apply after two years. That means she can apply 28 days before 18th July ( she arrived in this country-18-07/2012). Confusion here is can she add her first one year as a psw dependant?

3. Can she straight way apply for naturalisation after 3 years?
