Advice for applying for BC based on EEA family member

Post by Vickyyc » Tue Jul 22, 2014 3:22 pm

I am the spouse of EEA national who has been exercising his EC treaty rights since 2006. We started to live together since 2007 and get married in 2011.
His exercising activities in the six years (2008-2014): being a student up to Sept 2009, then working from Sept 2009 to up to now.
My questions are: Do I count as his family member during the year he was a student and we were not married yet (2008-2009)?
Can the time we lived together before we get married (2007-2011) be included in the six year window for applying for naturalisation?

Many thanks

Did you hold a Residence Card as an unmarried partner of EEA national? If you haven't made an application as such, your time for PR will only start in 2011.

Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
