Be a British Citizen

Hello all,

This might have been Answered but coulden't find the thread.
I'm a French National living here since 1995, I am a company directeur in UK since 2007 and have all the necessary document to show,
Married with a British Citizen (in 1997) and now wondering what is the best way to apply for a UK Citizenship.
I went through links on the web and saying that I can apply after three years residency in UK.
Appreciate if you could make some light on this.

If you are married to BC and a resident in UK for the past 3 years and holding ILR than you can apply.
I am sometimes wrong.
