Referee signing date question.

Dear members

Is it acceptable for one referee to sign and date section 5 before I become eligible to apply for naturalisation?

He will sign it next week as he will be on holiday. I will complete my 12months on ILR (i.e. become eligible to apply) towards end of November, and my NCS appointment is in early December.

yes it should be fine as long as it is not more than 6 months before you apply.
