Carer allowance and BC?

Post by yadrall » Fri Nov 28, 2014 12:52 pm

Hello,
We are in UK over 9 years. Me and kids are British since January 2013. But my husband didn`t apply with us :( Now he decide apply but hi lost his job... We have 2 disabled kids and both have DLA (one middle rate, the second higher). I have Carer allowance for one boy and my husband is able to apply for the second. Will he have a BC positive decision if he will have CA? Or is better if he will have contribution (and income) based JSA?
Somebody can help? Please!

Employment is not a requirement for citizenship applications and claiming benefits you are entitled to is not an issue at all for citizenship applications.

I am assuming he has ILR already.
