AN Form Questions - Dates/Details of Absences

Hello,
I've booked my NCS appointment on 9 Feb and now filling the AN form. I have 2 questions:

1. On page 8 where we should fill the dates of absences, the space is too small to list all my trips. I understand that we can continue on page 15 but I'm worried it will look messy. Can I make a separate document that's got all my trips nicely printed and attach it to the page or does it have to be hand written in the applicaiton form?

2. Counting the days, do we included the date of leaving the UK and the date of returning to the UK in the calculation? (e.g. for a Fri - Sun weekend away, does that could as 1 day or 3 days?)

Fill in this table showing the periods you have been away from the UK during the
last 5 years (3 years if you are married to or in a civil partnership with a British
citizen). Insert the number of days you were away from the UK in the last column
ignoring the day you left and the day you arrived back in the UK. If there is not
enough room for all your absences then continue on page 15. Add up the total and
write it in the space indicated
