Can I Apply?

Dear Members,

I got my ILR in November 2014 after spending 5 years in the UK. My wife also got her ILR with me on the same day but she has been in the UK for just 3 years (as per rules in place before 2012 June I think - where they need to be here for over 2 years to qualify)

Can I apply for British Citizenship in December 2015 with my wife (as she hasn't completed 5 years but will have been here for close to 4 years by then).

We have both got less than 90 days leave outside UK in this period with both Life in UK & English Language certificates. Could someone please help answer this question.

She can apply using 3 years route after you have been granted citizenship or 5 years on her own.
