new Booklet AN - caveat about ETS tests

Sometimes the Home Office is so incompetent, that it makes me laugh and cry at the same time.

The new Booklet AN for naturalisation dated December 2014, has all updated good character requirements BUT still lists TOEFL AND TOEIC!

People do NOT believe this. If you have EVER taken TOEFL and TOEIC do NOT submit it, do not mention it, forget all about it.

If you relied on TOEFL or TOEIC in your previous visa or ILR applications, do NOT tick "previously met the requirement", REGARDLESS of year/place of taking those tests.

Take IELTS instead before applying for citizenship and submit it.
