Holidays

Post by xrootx » Thu Jan 22, 2015 10:40 am

Hi,

Could you please let me know how many days a person can be out side of UK on ILR. I got my ILR and will be eligible to apply for naturalization in December, I had loads of paid holidays left so thats why I just wanted to confirm how many days I can be out of UK.

Thanks

No more than 90 days during the 12 months immediately before applying for citizenship and no more than 450 days for the 5 years before applying or if a spouse of a British citizen, no more than 270 days in the 3 years immediately before applying.
