Please share your experience?
Does anyone have approval with driving offences passed three years?

Were you issued FPN or taken to the court? My understanding is Driving without Insurance is not a recordable offence, in other words, do not show up on PNC.

Driving without insurance and a licence that would have likely been sent to the magistrates, if you were convicted or pleaded guilty then yes, you'll have to wait at least 3 years.

i completed 3 years and then submit my application.

e.g i convicted on 16-02-2012 and submit application 17-02-2015. please advise
