Hi everyone...

Could someone HELP ME please

I have ILR since 2012 and my wife is European , we had new bay born is he entitle for British passport ???

If your baby was born after you acquired ILR, he is British by birth and you can apply for a British passport for him.

Yes, if the baby was born IN the UK, the baby is automatically British. If the baby was born abroad, the baby is not British.
