Rigid Character Test In Children Registration ruled unlawful

Post by Obie » Fri Jun 12, 2015 4:02 pm

The High Court has ruled that the Very Rigid test the Secretary of Sates applied in a Child Registration application was unlawful.

The the Secretary of State failed to take account of the Applicant rehabilitation, his age, and other relevant criteria etc.

Very helpful indeed.
