Hello everyone, I just have a quick question if anyone can help.
Is it true that you have to be in the UK ten years before you apply for BC?

It depends on the type of visa category / passport you have

@Musto1, have a read through the thread below, Amber has explained it all nicely and there is a letter you can use if you have been refused as an asylum seeker.
